Withdrawals are processed 7 days a week via NeTeller.
These withdrawal requests are processed during office hours from 10 AM EST to 10:30 PM EST Mon-Fri and weekends from 11 AM EST to 8:30 PM EST.
Any requests received after office hours will be processed the next day. SFPay withdrawal requests are processed during office hours from 10 AM EST to 10:30 PM EST and weekends from 11 AM EST to 8:30 PM EST. Please note that this process takes 3 to 7 business days to complete. Money Orders and Bank Wire transfers received after 5 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks to receive Money Orders and 2 to 5 business days to receive Bank Wire Transfers. All transactions are FREE via NeTeller. FREE withdrawals are processed once per 24 hour period per player.
Each additional withdrawal made within that time frame will be subject to a£15.00 processing fee.
